STEPS
A course delivered by
Monaghan Local Employment Service Network
Monaghan Integrated Development,
North Road
Co Monaghan
Course Content:
• Learn about yourself • Have Fun
• Set Goals • Find out what makes you tick
• Think Positively • Reach your potential
• Raise your confidence • Increase your motivation
• Look optimistically to your future
STEPS is an extremely practical, positive programme that is also a lot of fun. One of the main ideas of the programme is that we move towards what we think about so it encourages participants to look at their attitudes and beliefs and how they think about things. Other themes include self talk – as our self talk can lead to high or low self esteem. The programme helps individuals move beyond where they have become stuck to more fulfilling and successful lives… It is a programme designed to help people develop and realise their full potential.
Contact: Monaghan Local Employment Service, 047 72191 and ask to have your name included for the next STEPS programme. |
