This support includes advising on their rights and entitlements, assisting people with applying for medical cards, housing grants, fair deal scheme and various social welfare payments. The service also supports people to make an appeal against a decision. The service will liaise with other service providers on your behalf to secure your entitlements and improve the quality of life of older people in the county.
